1: there is something wrong with the engine on that truck. It is in dire need of mechanical maintenance. 2: this location has the absolute worst customer service I have ever received from a U-Haul location. The man spent the entire time on his phone speaking with someone in a different language. He was argumentative when asked any questions. I had to call a U-Haul representative to witness the transaction because the man was very very confrontational and not helpful. He has some sort of chip on his shoulder but that is not the customer’s fault. The U-Haul representative I had to call during that awful exchange, however, was very knowledgeable, helpful and witnessed the transaction through to the end. I will definitely advise my friends and clients against that location. I would not want them to go through that.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location is a bit sketchy. After making an error and not being able to reach a person in a timely matter to speak with about it, I ended up paying double what I could have if anyone could help. I use Uhaul often when I have large items to move.
