Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisYour rental routine on the APP is very difficult to complete when you are at the site, ready to rent the unit. Luckily, Grumpy was there to assist us as we had never rented from you like this via the APP before. It was extremely frustrating and time consuming.
Cherie SA/C not working. Hard to find the customer service person at first, but was very helpful in getting past the U-Haul app issues. This is not a U-Haul store, only a location to rent.
Kimberly WWell, U-Haul not only have you left everything up to the Customer now your business is gonna suffer because most people are not gonna want to do this or they have to do self check out. It’s way time-consuming, and it puts all the burden on the Customer.
Sandin WThis person was very new to the process. Between him and Michael (Uhaul) they screwed up my transaction and held $419 of my money hostage from an error on their end of things. Seriously put my financial situation in jeopardy. It also cost me $35 to put a stop payment on this transaction through my bank. For a withdrawal of my funds that should not have ever occurred. To follow by your company switching pick up locations and then NOT having the truck I reserved when I arrived (on schedule/ on time) to pick it up.???!!!!!!!
