ARBIE NAmazing, amazing, amazing place!😊 The staff is very, very nice and accommodating!💪 I rented a Toy Hauler. Since it was my first time and based on what I read on U-Haul’s website, I expected to install the trailer on my vehicle by myself and go. But the staff helped me install the trailer AND showed me what to do if I need to disconnect and reinstall it in the future.🙂👍 Compared to other places I’ve used, this place is easier to use with the equipment. I also needed to take this trailer all the way to Toronto Pearson Airport. I was worried I would not be able to make it within the time frame I rented it because of 401 traffic, but I called ahead of time saying, “I will run a little late, like 5-10 minutes late; can I still take the trailer/you still can take the trailer?” and they were still able to take it! (Note: I would not stretch if I were you; even though I did run a little late according to my GPS, I would be more honest and add 3-5 min to whatever ETA your GPS would say and arrive earlier than what you said. My point is, even if you are a little late and still arrive on time, they will still be very accommodating and won’t give you a hard time. They are very genuine, which is my point!) These guys are simple, honest, helpful, and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone, even first-timers! If you’re a simple person who wants to tow stuff or haul anything, these are your guys! You won’t be disappointed!😊 💯Satisfaction!🙂👍✅
