Unfortunately, my experience with this U-Haul rental was very frustrating due to significant delays at pickup and an incorrect additional charge. I completed the online check-in and was scheduled to pick up the truck at 10:00 AM. I arrived at 10:00 AM as scheduled, but the lockbox was not working, so I could not access the truck. I then had to wait for the store to open. Around 10:20 AM, I saw a staff member enter the store, but the store remained locked. The posted store hours indicated that it should open at 11:00 AM, but the store did not actually open until approximately 11:20 AM. I finally received the truck key around 11:25 AM, more than an hour after my scheduled pickup time. I returned the truck the same day at approximately 8:15 PM. However, the truck was apparently not checked back in until after midnight. As a result, I was charged an additional $44. I had to contact them myself to explain the situation and request a refund. The additional charge should never have happened, considering that I had returned the truck at 8:15 PM. Overall, the pickup process was poorly handled, and the delayed check-in after I returned the truck created an unnecessary billing issue. I expected a much smoother experience, especially after completing the online check-in in advance. I hope U-Haul reviews the procedures at this location so other customers do not have to deal with the same problems.

Angelica mWas overcharged for gas. I already bought gas in the van but was charged another 15L worth of gas. All effort to explain was not accepted. I ended up paying more when the only reason I got u haul was to save cost. It's my first time and not impressed at all
