The staff were extremely nice! The problem was that after we left and got the text from UHaul that said to check the inside of the trailer for the additional items in the trailer, we saw that they weren't there! So we had to turn around and go back. The staff were apologetic, but it was, of course, an inconvenience. The additional items were 6 blankets and a dolly. When we opened up one of the blankets inside the house, a lot of dead leaves and small sticks came off of it and were all over the floor. So the question "was the equipment clean and well maintained?" should not require a yes or no answer, because the trailer and dolly were fine, but the blankets were not.
