There seemed to be considerable contusion and uncertainty about the general locations , of the available equipment on the corporate online platform… The phone staff were polite and considerate about their errors in locating available equipment. I was able to rent the equipment from a different location, in the province of Manitoba. The equipment rented was a 16 ft toy hauler, the condition of the trailer was excellent , and it worked well for me with my transportation needs. ( I would recommend it for it's heavy duty design and versatility) At the end of the day , i had a successful pickup and delivery of my goods. U-Haul did their best to accommodate, considering the situation and last minute changes. Thanks again U-Haul, for all the assistance provided. I would highly recommend U-Haul for any future equipment rentals.

The staff was very accommodating.
Claudio SThe woman working there was extremely rude and bossy. Mumbling thingsunder her breath. 4 times I asked what she said and she completely ignored me. Also, the front of the truck leaked and wrecked a bunch of our clothes and photo albums and a dresser.
trevor nThis trailer fit everything I needed to bring with me. I drive a Chevy Trax and was able to haul it over 3000 km. I highly recommend going with U-Haul. The price was fair considering the distance. The attendant hooked up the trailer for me and made sure everything was working.
