I had a very pleasant experience with UHaul at Shop Boyz Wrecker Service location in Selma, Alabama. The woman that assisted me was very professional and accommodating. The 26 ft. truck was returned hours late on the day that I rented it but, the woman that was there took it upon herself to stay beyond closing hours for the then renters to return truck. While I did not ask her to do that, it showed me that she honors rental reservations. Upon receiving the truck, it was cleaned on the inside and she showed how everything works on the truck. Again, she was truly professional and went beyond assisting me as customer. My overall experience with this location was excellent. Thank you!
