If the location is open it would be a great place to go get a truck anytime you have to use U-Hauls online app and all that stuff it's more of a hassle than it's worth the people at U-Haul themselves won't shut their mouths long enough for you to ask them the question maybe it's just because it was a mouthy woman I don't know but she needs to learn to shut the hell up it took 48 minutes just to get a key out of a lock box so that I could go get the truck that's ridiculous if the management of the facility that I got it from isn't willing to pay overtime when one other employees get sick and let another employee in there to get overtime then maybe the management needs to stop being the management I would never recommend using U-Haul to anybody ever again because of the crap of trying to get a key out of a stupid lock box

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe app was not working properly and it put us about 45 minutes behind on our schedule. That process should be smoother, especially since I filled out all the pre-registration information.
JOSEPH GThe truck was there but there were no keys for it. I was offered a larger truck but that was much more than I needed. I rented a smaller truck that just barely worked size wise.

Ryan JThe attendant inside the office refused to help with the mobile app. We were also outside trying to take photos of the truck and needed assistance so I asked again for help. She offered no advice other than to select the "no photo" option.
