Was handed off 3 times before someone could help, and she was not happy about it. Then she couldn't understand our destination after spelling it twice and giving the zip code. Ended up with a return location way too far from destination so I had to call U-Haul to fix. At pickup the app webpage, that lets you document damage to the rental, crashed and I could not get back into it. The insurance was not clearly described until after I had declined it. When I found out my insurance company would not cover any damages I called U-Haul again and they would not sell me the insurance, felt like I was being set up. After you sign the paper they tell you you're liable for the $75 000 vehicle with no coverage. So glad nothing happened along our trip.
