Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe after hours drop off was a joke. They had the entry chained up and it's right off a busy highway. They've got a sign giving instructions for after hours drop off, but it was a nightmare getting in there. I had a toy hauler trailer, and had to back in off the busy highway. To make it worse, there's a uhaul location 5 minutes from my shop where I was hauling the equipment to, but the website only let me drop the trailer at this one location 45 minutes away. These guys either need to fix their entrance to accommodate after hours drop off or just notify people that they cannot do it there.
Benjamin EThe guy that helped me today was kind and made the process very easy. I would definitely rent a U-Haul again from this location. Awesome job!!!!!
Christina DImprove on the mileage cost, at 1.19 per mile is crazy high.
TONY RWe missed it the first time we went there and had to circle back around. There was a lack of signage at the driveway so it was not very obvious coming up on it where to turn in. I believe this is a relatively new place of business and may improve in the future.
