My paperwork said 245. I thought I had to drop it off at 2:45 instead of four and we were running late and we were frazzled because that’s how moving is so I got there at 2:45 but my paperwork said either 236 or 238 and there are people in line to get gas so I had to wait so I was panicking and I asked if we were ok not late the guys at the counter name is Izzy specifically asked his name cause he said really fine because my Internet wasn’t working fine because I didn’t have it set up new home yet so I was worried so you’re gonna be late and he said no worries you’re fine. Come to find out, we are charging an extra day. I understand that with the U-Haul is still sitting there, no one needed it and it’s up to the discretion of the place where I dropped it off. Izzy said it’s fine. My manager will take care of it. I said do I need to do anything? Do I need to go online because my Internet is not working right he said no you’re fine ma’am don’t worry about it, but I got charged the extra day.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe guys at the gas station overly relied on my being able to us the U-Haul App, the App didn't work for me. They did not know much and had to rely on a manager off site. It all worked out somehow in the end but was far from ideal.
