Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIn accurate record keeping for my drop off caused me to call back for a correction. Apparently, it was not completed as I received a second notice of an additional 30 charge. This prompted another call back to the drop off location that stated they requested it but it is out of their hands in the system as they are locked out. I then called the corporate number then for final resolution. I still am not sure if it is resolved.
Paul SSuper welcoming great customer service I will definitely be back very soon
Shanika JRented a truck 4-5 times I got in this one there was empty cans behind the seat, brakes were not good, alignment was off center it made driving my 13 hour trip tough, and an hour before I got to my destination the truck was tugging for 30 minutes as I was going 60 mph.. always had good experiences but this one was terrible
Ronnie AThe young lady in the office there was very nice and helpful. I tried and tried to use the app check in and it would not work. I mentioned that to her and she acknowledged that it was not easy. That aspect needs work.
