This is the cleanest, most organized U-Haul rental center that I have seen…and I've used U-Haul many times over the years. The staff was uber-friendly and very helpful. 6 stars!

Ricky SPerhaps you should instruct your rental agents to be clear and concise about what the contract specifies. I rented a trailer to move 145 miles and was only told after the fact upon returning the equipment that it was a local rental and was overcharged by $150+ which I dispute the validity of and absolutely demand a refund for the ridiculous wrong location return charges.
Robert SBoth places were good, she asked me if I had any issue with the trailer and I told her it pulled great. They unhooked it from my truck and I was on my way.
