The drop off of seamless… I don’t think I quite understood that we could drop the trailer off when we arrived in Sheridan on Saturday – but when we got the email, it was obvious that we could just drop off at the closed location(closed due to Labor Day)

Availability for the uhaul was a nightmare. Trying to get a truck secured for my move was the worst experience I have ever had. The truck also made horrible noises when braking. Just a bad experience over all. However the gentleman at the pickup location was super helpful. Uhaul location and staff was great. Booking was awful.

Dalton HI thought the people were fairly friendly, and I was grateful for them having the truck I needed. But the vehicle was showing signs of wear and tear, and needed some attention.
