When I booked this reservation, I thought it was for the U-Haul location on Lancacter Pike that I normally use. This location was awful. There was no one there when I returned the filthy vehicle. I took pictures at the onset about the condition of the vehicle. Since I had to go only a few miles, I used it. When I returned it, no one was at the office, and I tried to call twice - left voice mails and did not receive a return call until way later. I questioned the billing because I was being charged for a cleaning fee. It took two phone calls to their office and then I was told to call U-Haul corporate. I was questioned by the corporate employee and they said the location had to respond. I feel like I got the run around. I literally was billed YESTERDAY after I returned this a month ago. There was a $25 credit, but it should be more. I did NOT receive the blankets and dolly that I requested and it was filthy to begin with. Please advise on the other credit. This was an awful experience.

I did a Mobil pick up. I could not open the lock due to the lock being faced towards the wall. I went into the U-Haul to ask for help and the lady was rude and told me that she couldn’t help me because She herself can never get that lock open. So, if the employees can’t even open the lock because it’s too hard for them… how do the expect customers to? She was very rude and I do not recommend this place to anyone now will I be a returning customer!
