I’ve had consistently good experiences with U‑Haul, but this location wasn’t able to extend my reservation when I needed a little more time. They explained it was due to limited vehicle availability, which made the return process more rushed than expected. The staff were courteous and professional, but the lack of flexibility and backup vehicles made this rental less convenient than my past U‑Haul experiences. Hoping this location can improve its inventory and scheduling options moving forward.

Mary DThe person that checked us in was the most wonderful helpful person we’ve encountered in ages. Please give her a significant pay increase. We were the first clients of the day and her level of service was unmatched.
