Larry LIt seems to be a duplication to fill out an information application snd then go over the same info at the pickup location.. i needed an extension for the electrical as the connection was very short and did reach my vehicle.. i also tried to notify the drop off location I would be more than the allotted 3 days and had great difficulty connecting to the location(not the locations fault by any means)
