Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location is hard to get to. I then had to wait over an hour of dropping the truck off to get a hold of someone as they sent me bad link For the return and had no place to return the key.
Nicholas TIt was convenient. The key pick-up went smoothly.
Judson BRon, who I dealt with is great, 5 stars. The person I dealt with who actually runs this franchise, but is not present, rated 1 star since you do not allow zero. I had to call him to jump through hoops to get the truck. He never gave a name, he did not have the rolling trolley I had requested, we made the dolly work. He sent texts well after I left AZ telling me to take pictures of the front and back of truck before leaving. I called one number to reach him so sent the odometer picture to that number but when the contract didn't close by 6:00, called him again. Apparently the (847) number I called bounced to a (773) number. He acted as if I was an idiot and told me to read off the mileage so I did. Surprised to get this already, actually.
