This location made return easy and offers additional equipment if I required during pick up.
DARRYL DU-Haul sucks I was over charged and lied to about it when asked what happened they shot me down so I told them to pull the call where I was lied to and magically the call was never made very very poor customer service
Mason YAFTER STARTING THE DAY WITH A RENTAL THAT WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN SHELBYVILE; THE DAY TURNED TO THE BETTER WHEN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOUND THIS RENTAL AT BLUE WAREHOUSE DISCOUNTS. DANIEL DThe clerk was very rude. We were late picking up our order. I explained that we would be keeping the vehicle the next day since it was impossible to return at the scheduled time. She called on the day it was to be returned which was Saturday and I explained that was not possible that I had told her that on the day we picked it up. I was told then that I should have called and told her that. Why because I had already told her that we would be keeping it the additional day.
