Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI have rented from many U-Haul locations over the years both personally and professionally. I have to say this rental experience was by far the best! Although E & Friends is a smaller location, what they lack in size they make up in personality and professionalism. I needed a last minute rental and they put it together so quickly. The equipment was well maintained and the staff was very friendly. They even gave me free ice-cream while doing the contact, a gesture I have never seen before at a U-Haul. They answered all my questions and eager to help in any way they could. If you need a rental in or around the Smyrna NC area do yourself a favor and give E & Friends a try. Great experience, great service, Thank you for a pleasant experience!!!!!
JUAN DVery friendly staff, accommodating and professional. 10/10 experience.
Carl GThe ladies running this location are really cool and very nice. Their store is chock full of goodies and coastal items.
Carl MThe ladies that work the location are very nice and helpful. I have rented from this location probably 5 or 6 times in the last 8 months and never had a single problem. I would definitely rent from them again.
