I have rented from U-Haul several times over the years. In the past I was never told I had to go to a specific location as I was with this rental. I really don't like this policy. The original drop-off location was on the other side of town from where I was and there was a u-haul location less than 100 yards from where I was storing the items I move to Socorro. This caused minor problems, that were solved with a phone call, but people should be able to drop off items close to where they store/home the items.

Pam MExcellent service
Laurence WHaving the gate around the property was a good thing because when we dropped off the trailer no one was there due to the place being closed so having the gate helped me with thinking the trailer was safe.
Jeremy STina is awesome! Very friendly and helpful!
