Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStaff at the location was really nice and helpful.
Dana FPick up was a breeze, and the staff were all very helpful. They gave clear, simple instructions for after-hours drop off. Best UHaul rental yet!
Justyne DThe staff were very friendly and the process was fast and easy! The truck was clean but is for sure in need of repairs. The roof leaks and is awaiting repair (which we were warned about when we arrived). Also, not sure what the problem is but it bounced so much, so high and so hard that at certain times we were afraid that it would actually bounce right off the road. I felt nauseous with the extreme bouncing motion and had to slow down many times to get the bouncing to stop?!?
SHEILA SThe only problem was they didn’t have a dolly that we reserved, but we understood the explanation as to why it wasn’t available.
