Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe service and location were good. However, oir rental trailer was extremely dirty. The previous renter has clearly done some clearing work and the trailer wasn't turned over. Tons of old nails and screwes, yard waste, and dog feces all crammed into the mesh screen gate. It took us an hour to clean the trailer before we could load it without risk of trailing this debris into the house.

Tracy FDissatisfied customer. I was charged for driving over 50 miles and that is absolutely impossible! I made 2 trips from my old house to my new house which are only 6.5 miles apart. I will be contacting the facility Monday morning.
