Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisthe person I dealt with Emilio this was his first time doing a next day pick up and he had to call somebody else to walk him through it I called the next day to see if I could pick up early and not only was he not there I had to redo the whole process of renting the U-Haul which delayed me for about 30 to 45 minutes then when I got the truck there was a lock on it I had no dolly was not offered a dolly either they did not have a ramp I had to call to find out why the key that was going to the lot didn't fit it was so funny to the person that was there I had to pay my movers the extra $20 for all the time that they had wasted on top of that again I'm paying for my mileage and I had to drive back to the U-Haul for them to take the lock off of the U-Haul and I thought it was supposed to stay on there worst experience ever will not be using U-Haul ever ever again at that location
sherrye lI think the worker could’ve been a little more informed. I hadn’t done this in a long time and didn’t realize I had to wait until my exact pickup window to start. I tried to start early so I could just grab the keys and go once it was my time but we found out that wasn’t possible once I contacted customer service. I don’t rent U-Hauls often but since this is something they deal with every day I feel they should know the process better. However I do appreciate that they tried to help me get a code by directing me to call customer service.
