Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI set up a time at Plainville for 8 am and was moved to Queen Smoke. I sat in the parking lot wasting my time went we could have moving. At 9 the store still wasn't open and I talked to customer service to get help. He was great. The "owner" finally showed up close to 930. I had to cut my time down because we had a hard stop at 2 and missed another trip. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR USED THEM EVER AGAIN.
PAUL DThe lock box lock was very difficult to open. It was rusted or something, had to apply a lot of force to the lock lever
Matthew SVery frustrating experience.
Daniel HI stopped one mile before the drop location to add gas to the “ between 1/4 and 3/8” full position. The destination agent asked me to take and give him a photo of the mileage and fuel levels. I did. He did not come to the truck to verify it. Today I got an invoice which included about $75.00 extra for fuel and fuel service. This is not accurate and I feel tipped off by Uhaul
