The extra mile charge and the reservation is ridiculous . This is the third truck I have rented in a 30 day period. Why tell customer they have a reservation if nothing is guaranteed until 48 hrs before pickup? All of reps on phone were great and helpful but your system needs some improvement. All rentals were from same town to location, this time I was charged for 10 miles over ???? You need cust loyalty program or something not to nickel and dime people.
