I was overcharged. I was charged for blankets, a furniture dolly and a hand dolly. I annotated this when checking out on the app and was still charged. You owe me $37.00

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI thought I was picking up from an actual Uhaul location not a random parking lot. Guy was nice and got us on our way, however he was late to open and I was covered in fire ants after walking through the property.
Melissa SThe driver's side mirror was loose and not noticed until we were driving. This was only a local rental, so it was manageable, but should not have left the lot in the condition it was in. We told the attendant upon return and he said he had not noticed the problem (nor had we in the pre-rental review of the truck as it was parked). The driver's side window crank was missing the knob. This was also reported on return. A more thorough inspection of returned vehicles is needed. The attendant was courteous and helpful.
