WILLARD SThe location was the worst experience ever, morebthan 70 minutes trying to get to the gated lot, to find no instructions for parking my pov, and to find the key is out side that gated area with another 15 minutes walking. And there are no parking marking on the pavement. All trucks parking on the grass and signs of do not park here fire lane is all over the place. Instructions for the app to get the entry passcod is horrible horrible especially the area doesn't have good coverage for data, I had to drive away to get signal and follow the most confusing instructions. It took way too long. Without the people on the phone who I got disconnected with many times due to bad signals I wouldn't be able to get the truck that day.
