The people running this gas station do not speak English. I don’t mean they have a heavy accent. No English at all. The woman behind the counter had to call someone on speaker phone to try and translate and he was having a difficult time speaking English as well. This made the process long and frustrating. Also the equipment was not ready when we arrived. The truck had its check engine light on and they had no other vehicle available with no other close U-Haul facilities nearby.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI ignored the other poor reviews thinking since I just needed a cargo trailer for a few hours, what could go wrong? I booked this reservation several days ago so you would think the business would have been ready. I showed up about 5-10 minutes maybe after my reservation time. I walked in and spoke to the woman working and let her know I had a uhaul rental. She asked if I had a reservation and I said yes. She immediately tried calling someone who was not answering the phone. She then asked that I sit in my vehicle while she continued to try to call him. I sat in my vehicle for probably at least 10-15 minutes and decided to go in and check again. She tried calling him two more times and then asked that I wait 10 more minutes. He did eventually call back and she came out to my vehicle to let me know. I had to do everything over her cell phone on speaker to complete my rental. It was close to 45 minutes after my rental time that we actually got to leave with the trailer. All in all, if I can find a different location to rent from, I will since they dont seem to know what is going on.
Kristin NThe person barely spoke English and refused to check the truck in. Said I had to do everything again on an app which I didn't have. Also they miss marked the fuel which caused an excess charge on my credit card which I had to call in and dispute to get the charges refunded. I would never use this location to return a truck.
