Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisSpecifically chose this location for IN PERSON check in because your app is terrible. Guy there acted like I was an inconvenience and told me to use the app which surprise surprise, didn't give me a lock box code to get the key. After him finally calling someone, he opened the lock box and gave me my key. This was after he told me people always take like 30 min using the app. Why not just give me the key in the first 5 min like i asked? Truck was filthy, check engine light was on, gas tank was only half full, no dolly or moving pads inside if needed.

Patrice BI was charged twice for my rental. It took several attempts at calling before anyone even answered. When I did get an answer the 1st person I spoke with was clueless as to what was going on. Then without even being informed I was being transferred to someone else, I was now speaking to the manager who was extremely rude and aggressive. I explained my issue to him about being double charged and he took zero accountability. I was told at pick up that if I overpaid my funds would be returned, not that 2 authorizations would be taken and held. Horrible communication and management. I would never rent a uhaul from them and would absolutely never recommend them to anyone.
