I had to clean up some broken glass and bounce sheets left inside the back of the truck and a cup from chick filet in the front seat cup holder. Other than that fairly clean. Check in person was very friendly.

The previous renter left cigarette ashes in the cup holder and there were multiple cigarette butts and ashes in the back of the truck. Other than that it was a very good experience.
Todd BThis was not the location we scheduled to pick up. Had to drive past the local Uhaul store that had multiple trucks the size we requested. The key was not in the lockbox when the truck was picked up. Location had no record of our pick up scheduled. Had to call Uhaul ourselves to give them information to locate the key.
Suzanne SCustomer service was ridiculous. It took him three hours to get us checked out on top of that. We’ve been overcharged. There was no gas in the vehicle. It was just one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
Thomas SThe location was unstaffed, and there were some really dodgy individuals around the parking lot. One of which propositioned my wife - asking if she had a thing for an older man.
