Staff was very friendly and polite. Much appreciated as the circumstances for needing the U-Haul was an inconvenience. It definitely helped my mood as sometimes employees can be a bit difficult! Not this time though! Much appreciated and will rent from this location again!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTransactions are handled at the customer service desk inside a grocery store, which means waiting for a long time while grocery customers are being served.
Todd FI had to clean up some broken glass and bounce sheets left inside the back of the truck and a cup from chick filet in the front seat cup holder. Other than that fairly clean. Check in person was very friendly.
Stephen KThe previous renter left cigarette ashes in the cup holder and there were multiple cigarette butts and ashes in the back of the truck. Other than that it was a very good experience.
Todd BThis was not the location we scheduled to pick up. Had to drive past the local Uhaul store that had multiple trucks the size we requested. The key was not in the lockbox when the truck was picked up. Location had no record of our pick up scheduled. Had to call Uhaul ourselves to give them information to locate the key.
