My original reservation was at another full time U-Haul location on north Glenstone Avenue, but two hours before my reservation time, I received a phone call, informing me that the 10' truck I had reserved was not available. However, my reservation was being transferred to Riker's Appliances where another 10' was being held for me. When I arrived, it was obvious that the U-Haul business was a side-hustle for this operation. The store was filthy. The woman attendant who was attempting to set up my reservation online had no internet connection, requiring her to call someone to comp,etc the task. Once I climbed into the truck cab to leave, a dashboard message appeared: SERVICE TIRE MONITOR. When I looked for help I saw that Riker's had already closed for the day, so I drove directly to my original reservation location. A very polite and helpful young man checked the tire pressures and assured me the vehicle was safe to drive, but that the monitor system was faulty, not the tires. This not only delayed my trip to load but cost me extra unnecessary miles. By the time I got home to load, it began to rain. As I began to load I could detect moisture leaking from the top front of the box on the driver's side, so I tarped my load inside to protect it. After mostly favorable experiences from my previous U-Haul rentals in my city, this was a big disappointment.

Matthew GOver charged me and items weren't as listed like fuel level and price as well as the celling of this store is falling down making a feel of safety far from close broken parts inside of vehicle as well
David JI'm not going to waste my time going into details, since we have contacted the company about the problem's already. You have lost our business. Enough said.
Darrell HDrop off location was not well maintained and the after hours drop off is not ideal. We dropped off our truck on Sunday, a day early, and the next morning I was getting phone calls and texts from someone at the drop off location stating they couldn't find the keys to the truck. We placed the keys in what we thought was the drop box on the building that stated "U-Haul Center". The person I spoke with was rude, condescending, and unwilling to listen. He kept saying, "We dont have a black drop box. So you're going to have to pay for a replacement key because this truck is scheduled to go out this afternoon". He seemed more concerned about telling me we didn't turn in the key via phone calls and text instead of actually looking for the key. After going back and forth, he found the key in the dropbox of the business next to U-haul. Again, unclear marking of where the REAL drop box is. I understand, we placed the key in the wrong dropbox - however his attitude and customer service around the entire situation was less than ideal. He was focused more on blame than finding a solution. Even after I offered to go back and show him exactly where I put the key.
