My original reservation for a 20' truck was moved to a new location but I was not notified. The 2nd location on Columbia St. in Springfield couldn't fulfill my reservation due to a damaged truck. They sent me back to Home Rd. for a 15' truck which was bery damaged and dirty. They also could not fulfill my request for an appliance dolly so I had to use the standard utility dolly. I was told he hadn't been able to get an appliance dolly at this location for months even though I had one for this location several weeks back. Very poor communication overall.

MARIE AThe only item I would report was when I returned the truck, there was no one to be found at the front desk, in the office or around the building, even though it was open and unlocked. I called out several times and knocked on the office door, but no one answered. I called the number, but then an employee appeared in one of the work bays. However, he was unable to check me out on the computer as he didn't have access to the computer. I had to leave my email address so it could be sent to me. Not a big hassle but certainly something I would be concerned about in the future. Other than that, the rental process, convenience of location and condition of the truck were great! Thank you!
