MIKE BThe process was very efficient and the individuals that help me were wonderful.
Derek LI was told this trailer would work. My truck did not fit on it. Wasted time driving all the way to Springfield to get the trailer to find out it wouldn't work. Was told I still had to return it to the location. Returned it immediately. I have pictures to show it wouldn't fit. Then was told a day would work. It would not. So went on an hours long goose chase for no reason. Entirely useless, Waste of Time, Money, and Resources. I expect full refund. Those service people on the phone are absolutely clueless and have no idea the dimensions of will and will not fit. Highly do not recommend for vehicle transport in the future.
