U-Haul made changes to my reservation in the minutes before I was supposed to pick up the truck. I was sent to this location and arrived ten minutes before it opened. When the young man came in to work, he was incredibly helpful. He saved the day and the move. An A+ for the employee and D- for the corporation.

Renting from Country Auto was an absolute delight. The equipment is well-maintained condition, the process is frictionless, and the staff is knowledgeable, accommodating, and all-around good folk.

Alyssa HFolks here were so kind and helpful! The owner or manager made sure to change one of the trailer tires because it was wonky. They taught me how to back up with the trailer and were just so helpful.
Erin BThis location provided good service, however it was a long ways from my home. There are closer dealers but they did not have the size trailer I wanted. I reserved it online in Nephi, Utah but received a phone call later saying they didn't have the trailer I had reserved online and offered me several other locations, none of which made sense for my planned trip and route. I am very unhappy that the reservation was made online with no problem, then not honored in real life. It did not seem at all like the good service I have received from U-Haul on other occasions over the years. I guess the customer is no longer king.
