The clerk was very nice. The truck however was covered in mud, had discarded food in the cabin, random pills, garbage sheen about.

The lady we pick the stuff up from had no idea what she was doing took almost an hour, and we almost left without paying because she forgot, I had to remind her after she went back to work. She did not know how to work the uhaul system. I think they have other qualified staff but she wasn't one. Also very understaffed location.
Nicole LI was not able to make changes such as who the authorized user was or what vehicle was pulling the trailer after I picked it up. This should be able to be done through the app to make this easier. I spent many minutes on the phone trying to get this straightened out, being transferred to many different people who all had different information.
