James DHe was not friendly and not overly helpful when I was upset that I was being charged for the blankets. He said “I need to say there is 7” but didn’t make a suggestion as to what to do until I got upset and asked what could be done.
Sarah MStaff were very friendly and helpful in receiving and returning the U-Haul.
Devin SWell, The vehicle was almost clean.(there were cigarette package part under the seat) We took the vehicle for a ride of 7.4 km only!! From U Haul to Rona- Dorchester blv and back to U Houl. We return the car with no fuel missing and the guy told us to leave the keys while he was busy with someonn else. We got the bill and saw he changed us for extra 9 liters. We have photos of the gage of before and after. It was the closest U Haul but we wouldn't use it next time.
