Amey TAt drop off the inaccurate fuel levels and miles were noticed. The Clerk helped as best as possible but it was a headache on both drop off and pick up. Overall a terrible experience with U-Haul
Bryson Fwhoever was inside at the desk (a girl and a guy, working on august 5th at 3pm) was incredibly rude, and refused to give me my keys when i went to pick up my truck. when i went inside, i showed the guy at the desk my completed check in, and the instructions “skip the line and go pick up your keys”, he asked for my drivers license, then took pictures of the front and back and called over the female employee who told me it would be $400. she then came over and immediately got on the phone with someone about wanting to check me in, and the guy asked for a secondary contact (even though i had done that when i completed the check in), and told me to wait a couple of minutes. he comes back and says that i made a mistake and i booked the truck for 30 days, when on the app it showed me that i had it to be picked up at 3pm and returned it at 5pm. he then said “oh yeah that’s because i fixed it for you” and insisted i just made a mistake. i tried to show them my receipt and my confirmation email but he refused to look. then i asked them if i could please have my keys because it had been 15 minutes and i had a tight time frame. nobody in there knew what they were doing and it was incredibly inconvenient, and i was spoken to in a really demeaning way, terrible experience. they also held onto my drivers license until they finally gave me the keys to the rental truck. not nice about it at all and i heard them talking poorly of me when i got to the door to leave
