The inside of the trailer could have been swept out. The gentleman renting the trailer was not very friendly
Orlando RIt was far from my drop for my moms apt location but that was not the drop off location people it was the U-Haul phone people telling me where to drop off twenty minutes drive as I saw other places I might of been able to drop off the trailer Like they sent me far as a joke ?? But the people that I dealt with in person were great

Seraphina SThe only thing I can suggest for improvement is price transparency. On the website it makes you think that all you pay is 49.95 for the rental plus your gas. I was surprised to see an additional 49.95 charge that was a rental surcharge. I think these prices should be combined so that people are not shocked when they pay over $100 for a 26 footer after tax and fees. It is reasonable to expect a rental fee of $100 for that large of a truck even for 24 hours. So please just combine the prices and be transparent.
