Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLocation changed last moment requiring a 30 minute drive from the requested shop. Original shop was Dumfries, VA. Your website and help texts did not operate as advertised.
William SHe didn’t have moving pads we ordered, so I had to go to another location to get some at the last minute. Communication about that ahead of time would have been helpful. But the check-in and check-out process went just great. And he was friendly and helpful as he could be.
