Nick FI would not recommend this location to anyone in Stamford.first of all, upon walking into the office the desk was extremely messy and disorganized. As I approached the desk where the man was sitting, there was an odor in the room. The man with glasses and white hair was extremely rude and unpleasant. I needed help removing the trolly as I was told by customer service that the attendants would help me attach and remove the equipment as they did in Pennsylvania. He rudely said to me when I asked for help to remove it that “okay you are going to have to remove it” and I was very shocked. Another staff member eventually stepped into the conversation because this manager man kept suggesting that’d I’d have to remove it my self. The only I reason o agreed to bringing the trolley was that customer service said I would be helped attaching and removing. The other staff member interrupted and said he would help. So I was concerned with the lack of urgency and lack of customer care.
