Zaria DTerrible SERVICE!!! If you do mobile check in be careful! They will check you in and then charge you extra for gas and blame it on Uhual. Don’t rent here! If you do take pictures of your mileage and had so you don’t get ripped off
JUDITH JThe truck was dirty. It smelled like cigarettes. The transmission light was on. The flat tire indicator was on. It was a busted truck. I was told there was nothing else to use. I had already called the 800 number when I was leaving with the truck and then when I got back when I was done with my usage, the customer service lady was just rude as can be and said that she hopes I don’t get any kind of refund because I asked for a discount the morning of and I was just looking for anything to get a discount I wasn’t but I did ask if there were any kind of discount because who doesn’t want to save money but the truck was nasty. It wasn’t swept out. It was absolutely filthy. It smelled like cigarettes. There was trash all in the cabin. It looked like it had been broken into.
