Clerk is rude and not willing to assist someone. Better off going to a real U-Haul location

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDon't park the rental vehicles against snowbanks that force the renters to have to walk through shin-deep snow to get into the vehicle. There were so many other places around the property that the rental vehicles could have been parked. I rented at this site twice, and this happened twice. This was frustrating. Also, if a rental vehicle is on your property and you don't have a key to loan it out, you should have the vehicle locked to avoid confusion about which rental vehicle is opened for renting, etc. This also led to a frustrating experience on site when renting.

Muhammad HWhile the equipment was very satisfactory, the man who rented it to me was surly at best. He was too busy doing other things, like making coffee, waiting on food and fuel customers and the like to pay any attention to me. I was an annoyance to him apparently because I could not read his mind about where he wanted the truck parked when I returned it.
