Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe actual on site manager, Mr. Porter, went thru all the necessary paperwork in order for us to pick up our truck. When it became apparent that our rental was in Grand Falls to be picked up instead of Stephenville, Mr. Porter went to work to secure another on site vehicle at a lower price. If not for his expertise in handling alot of situations like this(through no fault of his own but thru the fault of the booking department in Halifax) we would be without a vehicle for our scheduled move. To improve future bookings i think the booking department in Halifax should confirm the vehicle is on site where the reservation originated. It is unrealistic for a customer who booked a vehicle in Stephenville to have to travel 4 hours to pick up!!
