Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis was not our original pick up/drop off location. We were informed prior to our appointment time that the location needed to be changed. We were okay with the change. However, our pick up time was scheduled to be done via the app, due to Jolene’s not being opened that early. The app did not work and when I called U-Haul for assistances I was placed on hold and NEVER spoke with anyone. We were over an hour late getting the truck. Finally the owner at Jolees arrived and assisted us with everything. She was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. Greatly appreciated her assistance and would recommend them highly.
Marsha CThe only issue I had was the dolly was broken and I didn’t catch it until I needed to use it. I had to rent one from Home Depot. Other than that everything went very smoothly.
BRAD RThe owner went beyond the call to duty. He helped in a pinch. Highly recommend this place also he has a great selection of great items for sale at great prices..
