Truck was dirty ( water bottles, trash, receipts ). Tools requested and paid for were not in the truck, attendant opened a room and said grab what you need from here. Truck was definitely not ready for pick up. Nobody wanted to help at location. Number given never answered. It took me close to an hour and a half to be able to leave with truck. Terrible experience.

Jonathan VAwful awful awful awful experience with this location
Chelsa SWe were charged twice. The agent at return was rude and very unhelpful. I will never rent truck from this location again.
Beth JWhen I arrived at the location, The representative asked me if I had a reservation. I had said, "no". He had asked me to go online and make a reservation to fill out the necessary information. I found that some of the information wouldn't go through because it was autofill and it put my name in capitals. It kept replying error but I couldn't figure out the reason until I typed in my name. Besides having a bit of difficulty inputing the info on my phone, it was a good experience.
