A unmanned office was totally unacceptable. Poor signage on the building and difficult to see the return key box on the side of the building. This location should be closed due to poor quality of signage. I called Uhaul office at this location twice. No answer from that location at 2 p.m. I finally reached a person at the Uhaul 800 number. She left a message for that office to call me the next day. Noone called me back from that Stuart location. The QR code never worked properly to return the vehicle. I will never use Uhaul again because of the lack of being able to return the vehicle to an office that was open with staff to help me. Pathetic customer service at my final destination.

TODD MThere were NO signs on the street to show where the location was. It was behind a shopping plaza. I rode around in circles trying to find it. Then there was a whole procedure on taking pictures etc that I wasn't expecting. Since it was a Sunday, there were no personnel on site.
BETSY TThe truck was filthy, they over charged us by almost double. We are loyal u-haul customers but will have to think twice after this experience.
