I had the worst service I have ever experienced and I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone I know and would never use your serve again in my life

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe windshield was super full of bugs. The blower fan works only intermittently which could have been VERY dangerous if it was raining and my windshield was foggy. It was inconvenient having function AC but not having it blowing for the whole drive.

Richard JI booked my U-Haul at a different location. I did not ask for a dolly or blankets to cover anything. I did order a box for my TV and paid for it. I got a call a day prior to picking up my U-Haul telling me to go pick up this truck at this place instead got charged for the box that I didn’t get got charged for the dolly. I didn’t ask for and the blankets.
sarah mWhere do I begin? First of all the truck was buried in surrounding snow no one had bothered to dig it out. This caused me to get stuck and spend almost 20 minutes trying to get out of my spot Then when opening the door to the truck the handle came apart. Jumping into the truck, it was obvious that it had not been clean. There was dirt and drink stains all over. Not to mention that the tank was empty with no gas station nearby. I attempted to get to one gas station, but it was closed. I was lucky to make it to the next. When I return, the attendant told me I parked in the wrong spot. I proceeded to tell him that the spot was not cleared out and it took me 20 minutes to get out of there in the first place, and they needed to be addressed before someone came to pick it up. The truck remains in the same spot today as it was put yesterday and the area is still not cleared out and now it has become ice. I will never deal with this place again.
