Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe were told we could drop it off at any U-Haul and so we looked up the closest U-Haul place and dropped it off when done.. there was a key drop off box.. we were like ten minutes later than we planned on dropping it off.. and got charged for an extra day and dropping it off at the wrong place.. i find it bogus to be charged an extra day when being that close to the drop off time but ok… ok.. however, we dropped it off at a ihaul with a key drop off box… not sure how we were at the wrong place… and a hundred something for ten or minutes is absurd.. you can’t change my mind.. i’d feel the same way hearing the story from someone else..
HEATHER Mwasn’t the right size for transporting the refrigerator.
QIANA FWe were told we could return the truck to ANY dropoff location without penalty. Then we get hit with an extremely high receipt in the mail because of where we dropped it off. Noone at the dropoff location said anything about a penalty either. This should be pointed out the customer at the time of rental and at the time of dropoff!!
CARL MGood experience.
