I rented a uhaul from here and the window had some type of oil on it. Windshield wipers sounded like they were gonna fly off the truck they were so loud the brake was very hard to press I don't think that is normal ,but I'm not sure if it is for a truck like that but I had to tap it slow and easy but it was hard to press. Also the lights were not bright at all I couldn't even tell they were on. There also was no moving blankets or moving equipment on the truck. All I know is I'm glad I was only going like 20 miles but if it was a long trip I would have not felt safe using that truck.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt took an hour for a uhaul person to even show up, and then once I had been on the phone with the help phone number for like 45 minutes and had my location transferred, the guy shows up and has the key. Then the uhaul website and app just did not want to work with me to get the pictures of the truck taken and actually get moving.

James MAbsolutely zero communication from this business no signs with instruction they do not answer the phone despite leaving multiple messages. It’s almost like you’re just a self-serve. Despite leaving several messages they never called me back either.
