Awful just plain awful also left the truck same fuel level I got it and they still charge $50 extra dollars.

Michelle LNo signage for which building to go to, no one in person and had to contact over the phone. Truck was nice but the car carrier was super janky, had replacement cables instead of safety chains which wasn’t a big deal but the problem was the crank to lift didn’t want to work and required a lot of force to operate/was broken on the bottom. Ended up getting it to work, but then the ratchets for the wheel straps were extremely rusted. It was the only carrier the location had unfortunately.
Luke SWhen I picked up the Van it had exactly 30 miles of Gas in the tank. When I dropped it off it had 168 mile left in the tank. I was charged more than what was expected.
Craig SExcellent service; I would always recommend it.
